Messaha offers:

  • Company formation and business registration services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Assistance in obtaining licenses and regulatory compliance.

  • Office space rentals, including shared and private offices.

  • Meeting room and event space bookings.

  • Business support and consultancy.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our services.

  • Ensure your business activities comply with Saudi laws and regulations.

  • Use our office spaces and facilities in a respectful and lawful manner.

4. Payments and Fees

  • All service fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept approved payment methods including bank transfers, Mada, Visa, and MasterCard.

  • Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.

5. Replacement and Refund Policy

  • Company formation fees are non-refundable once the application process has begun.

  • Office space bookings may be rescheduled based on availability and our booking policy.

  • Refunds for office space or meeting room bookings will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date.

  • If we are unable to provide services due to our own fault, we will offer an alternative arrangement or refund the amount paid.

6. Use of Facilities

  • Users must not damage or alter the facilities.

  • Shared spaces must remain clean and free from disturbances to other users.

  • Any damages caused by the user will be charged to the user or their company.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Messaha brand, its marketing materials, and website content are our property.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We handle personal and business information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

9. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate services if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions.

  • Engage in illegal business activities.

  • Fail to make timely payments.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Messaha is not responsible for losses resulting from events beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for the success or failure of your business after formation.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in Saudi courts.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
